Rahul Shah is a licensed CPA with expertise in Accounts and Audit. He has rich experience in working with both SEC registrants and privately held companies on complex accounting and auditing issues, mainly in IFRS and US GAAP. He keenly focusses on developing financial models for converting Local GAAP financials into US GAAP / IFRS.
In his career span of over a decade, Rahul has been assisting in research of technical accounting papers, identifying differences between IFRS and GAAP, presentation and disclosure impact analysis. He also assists in audit, reviews and more as per ISA and US GAAS.
As a trained professional from AICPA and leading industry practitioner he loves now to train new talents. Rahul’s wide exposure across the industries including Software, Financial Services, Hospitality & Restaurants, Retail & Consumer, Real Estate, Schools & Camps, Manufacturing & Distribution gives him that edge to nurture a talent into a wiser practitioner.
