CS MUKESH JIWNANI - CO-FOUNDER
Mukesh is a Company Secretary with core competency in the fields of Company Law, SEBI, RBI, Contract and Legal drafting for various industries and countries such as India, Europe, USA, UK, Canada, and UAE. He heads Identize – the Legal & Compliances vertical of Valserve Group.
As a domain expert, and over a decade of experience Mukesh handles compliances, advisory for companies listed on BSE, NSE, SME exchanges. Additionally, his hands-on exposure to incorporation of companies across the globe, creating SPV’s, funding related activities, drafting end to end contract management for various geographies adds to his core competence.
As Bachelor’s of Law & Commerce and Masters in Business Administration (Marketing and Finance), Mukesh is our go to person as a Client Success Head. He is also qualified Intermediate Chartered Accountant.
In his role at Identize, he leads Global Corporate Compliance; SEBI related advisory division and looks after end-to-end contract formation process. In his role with Valserve Group, he supports the sales trajectory for the group to cater new markets, generating leads and co-heading the compliance vertical along with Jindagi.
