Jindagi is Chartered Accountant and a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been very closely working with Government and high value Private enterprise projects. Jindagi heads the Corporate Law Advisory Practice of ValServe Group under the vertical brand– Identize Corporate Advisors LLP.
In her career spanning almost a decade Jindagi has gained expertise in Corporate and allied laws, Compliance Management System, Off-shore Company Incorporation, LLP Formation, M&As, Takeover & allied company law compliances. She is also a qualified Company Secretary from ICSI institute.
In her present role as one of the co-founders of the ValServe Group, Jindagi leads the compliance and corporate law advisory practice of the group.
